thought had Jerry Reed in it. It does have alot of actors in their younger days. Harrison Ford was/is handsome.

it might be easy to confuse bo hopkins (the leader of the gang in 'american graffitti') with jerry reed.

American Grafitti did for the 50s what Dazed and Confused did for the 70s. I like how both movies only covered less than a 24 hour time period.

Yes JC I guess that is who it was. I'm usually good at recognizing people in movies it drives my friend nuts when I go " Do you realize who that is? I'm usually right. Oh well........... LOL

Sam, American Grafitti is like Sixteen Candles or The Breakfast Club for the 80's. Both movies are 24 hrs. or less

yeah but those two aren't period pieces for the 80s like AG was for the 50s and D&C was for the 70s. All they were was a couple of movies made in the 80s but not really about the 80s. The 80s haven't had a real definitive period piece movie made yet that covers less than 24 hours. The 60s sort of have one in The Hollywood Knights.
