He took advantage of an affirmative action program to get into Yale to study law and now wants to deny the same opportunity that he was afforded to other minority students.

seriously, i thought clarence thomas limited his legal opinions to those that required him to watch pornography 24/7. the only reason i can figure he would care about affirmative action is if he found out that the person who put the pubic hair on his coke was on affirmative action.

It's true, I did link to a blog. I read the biography of Justice Thomas and thought it was definitely fair and balanced.

I didn't see a single reference to pubic hairs on Coke cans, Long Dong Silver, or the fact that his nieces and nephews, for some odd reason, like to refer to him as "Tom."
