Awesome...

We never got to see the North Stars this season so that might explain it.

Also might explain why I probably couldn't name a single goalie for TC this season.

Bit dissapointed that Rich Zobak didn't make it...I didn't know he was trying out but still....

I kinda hated him when he came here and for the first half of the season but he started to grow on me finally in that stretch run. Was hoping he could make the jump too. Oh well -- maybe there's another camp -- after all Cedar Rapids concentrated on defense during the draft.

How'd he at least look?

This Chicago Young American guy -- Josh Nardella -- any relation to Frank and Bob Nardella? I'd assume so...

He made the All-Star game so he beat out alot of other players just couldn't make the final cut.

Good...maybe he can make Des Moines or Chicago, get some exposure and I'll get to see him at least a few times this year.

Wonder if Scott Keevan will be trying out for some. I'm almost surprised he wasn't in Cedar Rapids. He was in multiple camps last year.

I see where Dan Weiss made the all-star game in Lincoln. Anyone know if he's being invited back or on the roster or what?

No not really, more like revolves around nothing, not unlike a few mindless people we have to deal with here in O, who try to be something they are not.

Not to be dense or anything (well, I guess I am), but where are you finding info on who made all-star games, 25/26-man rosters, etc. for these various camps? Blogs? Team websites? I must admit I'm not trying too hard, but I haven't been able to find a whole lot of info on the camps that have already taken place. Any helpful hints would be appreciated.

Thumbs up

Hey Pops...

Here's a little bit on the Topeka's first camp...

Nothing real definite, but a little info anyway...

So hockey is nothing? Besides, I don't think you're in any position to be telling me what exactly my life revolves around Wink

I have a spreadsheet for USHL camps. You'll find many NAHL players at these camps and the played who are in bold made that camp's all-star game. Sioux City and Des Moines have each released players who made the team following camp, but the next deadline comes July 1st when teams need to cut down to 25 players.

*sighs* some people....

Main camp shall be interesting.

Wonder where Keevan will wind up. I figured he'd be in a USHL camp or two. Hell he may have been in one of the camps that Ryan hasn't gotten like Indiana but I doubt it.

Also Colin Traschel -- gotta wonder where he'll wind up.

Funny to see Ami Paled make the Bucs. God I was hoping it wasn't going to be that bad there with the Paled ownership but apparently Regg, Knott and everyone else was right. Ugh. This is going to be a long year

I have Indy's, just haven't gotten around to typing it out. Keevan, nor Trachsel, were there.

EDIT: Here is their full roster, and the all-star game roster.

Peled made the Bucs 30 man roster? Wow, he must have really improved since the end of the season. LOL.

Good for Ami! What is cooking up there in Alex Grant, is your team gonna be any good, trust me your team will NOT beat us this year?
