EDIT: Here is their full roster, and the all-star game roster.

Hmm wonder where they'll be as its certainly not looking like they'll be back here next year.

And Team Carolina blue? That's awesome

The Taurence bros getting around the camp ranks a lot this year it seems. I recall seeing their names a couple of times. Guess they didn't like the trade to Motor City.

Couple other NAHL names there which is nice to see. Go Reed Rushing. IIRC he's still kinda young though.

I wanted the Express back....but if this is what it brings it might have been better to just let it die. Yeesh.

And yeah, good ole Ami last name on the roster. As a Bucs fan (granted one living 5 hours away) I'm thinking of a temporary team switch.

God what I wouldn't give for the Steel in Bloomington.

I wonder if J.P. will be ordered to play Ami? I could see that being met with some resistance.

Reading the Des Moines board, it sounds like Ami wasn't great, nor bad. Also sounds like he came to camp a little hefty. Someone said him being listed at 205 was really generous.

Rushing will be an overage player, which will make his chances that much tougher to land with a USHL team. Indy is definitely NOT the place for an overage player to go. They have 6 on their roster right now.

Keevan made the rounds last year at USHL camps, didn't he? Only 2 teams have camps left (Fargo Open, Waterloo) so it's looking slim for him going that route.

Hmm I was thinking Rushing was an 89 but you're right he's 88. Nevermind.

And yeah Keevan was in a couple camps.

if you think I'm going to drag down to your level, you're wrong.

Just keep the internal bickering of Owatonna in that topic, ok? That's all we ask. You can be as uncivil as you want in there. Here, we're discussing other things.

Alright, I tried to clean out most of the crap that had infected this thread.

Everyone can feel free to carry on the bickering in the split thread. If it starts getting too bad though, I'll go ahead and start sending this crap to the Pit.

You guys can talk about whatever you want on here, but lets try not to ruin other threads with the Express bickering, there are now two threads you guys can use for that.

Talked to some people who said he is looking in Canada for next year.

Hmm didn't get to see him on defense that much here but I can't imagine him at the Major Junior level.

BCHL or one of the junior A leagues up there? Might as well stick down here I guess. Althought BCHL did work out pretty well for Garman.

BCHL would probably be a top choice, as it's a pretty good league. I don't know about major juniors either, wasn't Maroon the first and only NAHL player to make that jump?

Not the first but certainly the most successful.

Springfield's Nick Young went with Curtale up to Windsor and I'd assume there's some more, not including some of the USNDTP kids the NAHL claims as their own. Gotta love their recap of the draft saying 11 NAHL kids got drafted, all from the US Program. Ugh.

You'd think the BCHL or AJHL....maybe the OHA. Probably not the Quebec Junior A league, as I'm not sure it'd be a real jump up from what some of my friends living there say.

Should be interesting. And should allow him to keep eligibility

Team is in Alberta Junior Hockey League. I think they saw him in Toronto. Springfield will continue to lose players when they do nothing to move them on.

Yeah from the info I got it seemed to be an AJHL club. No BCHL club matched the description of players moved on, and I would just skip junior A hockey in the Eastern part of the country.

I'd assume Camrose or Okotoks if what other people were saying was true.

And meh, it's been an on-going problem for a while now. I don't think we need to get back into my thoughts on Pollos and Wyler. Though we've oddly not seen the other Jr Blues fans on this board since the second round of the playoffs.

Hmm as for Prost, that's good. I've liked about all I've heard of the kid and he's already 18, captain and a point producer so I hope he makes it.

I can confirm he's not been traded and will be at the main camp. Smart player, very hard worker, not flashy but gets the job done.

Okotoks. Still has to make the team though.

Fangers, I'll be there hopefully most of it but Thrusdays are always iffy or me...I still actually haven't looked at the calander to see the days. 15th would be a Tuesday right?

Could use a back-up....not sure Tinkham's coming back and I'm not too thrilled with the Chicago kid. But meh, our organization has a habit of screwing some goalies over.

As for Prost, yeah I'm excited about him looking at the stats and everything I could find online about him. It was just odd that he was the only tender that didn't get mentioned in the paper. Good to hear as we have a gaping hole on the second line to fill with Rickord in Cedar Rapids.

As for Keevan, my only clue given was they'd moved 8 or 9 kids to D1 this year and a couple the previous year. Didn't fit any of the BCHL clubs but it fit Camrose or the Oilers. I feel pretty good I was able to narrow down that far.

And yeah, everyone's got to make the team still. There's no garuntees at any of these levels. I'll look later at what they've got returning on the blue line.

Smackles, Dan Weiss made the team in Lincoln.

I figured he would...that's good for him. I personally felt he should have made Green Bay a year ago. Not too thrilled its with the Stars but still good for him, and I'm glad. Maybe now he can snag a nicer scholarship.

Speaking of former NAHL dmen in Lincoln, anyone got an idea what Lyon Messier's going to do this season? No more junior eligibility, crapped out his college eligibility for a chance to play in Edmonton and meh...not sure he deserves even an ECHL look at times.

He might get a look from an ECHL team based on name recognition. If not he could possibly make a CHL roster. He could make a roster in either league if his Dad would promise to make it to a few games.
