as usual the mudbugs with be a force to contend with. I could easily see Clayton scoring 75 pts this season. More power to a "fresh start"

Sounds like Clayton wanting to ride Blaz coat tails again.

i have to disagree TS. There is a difference between "riding coatails" and players "clicking."

Did Chris Richards "ride" Jeff Christian or vice versa. Sometimes players just have good chemistry and its not riding one another.

Blaz & Clayton should be a good duo for BS if they play together which i wouldnt see why muscutt wouldnt play them together.

i would expect them to be on the same line as well. muscutt is all about the "team" aspect and the players having chemistry......well, you already know "blaz" and clayton have that going for em. i am curious to see who the 3rd guy on that line would be, though.

I think this is a good move for us in wichita. our vetrans are supposed to be our team leaders and by jumping ship when times got hard showed just what kind of a leader Clayton is, not a very good one at all. We have needed new vetrans for years. we need a fresh start in wichita too. goodbye clayton, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out and I hope you get swept first round of the playoffs.

As much as I loved watching Rob Weingartner and Paul Jackson play in Wichita, I loved to hate them even more when they were with San Antonio.
I thank Travis for his service in Wichita, but I can't wait to hate him. (Not really of course, just in the scope of the game, I wish him no harm).

The irony is that I didn't go to many games the last couple of years to see Clayton and the others play, but I will definitely try to make any Bossier games this year.

Just think, this could help spark the next big rivalry.

Hopefully this works out great for Clayton and Bossier as well as the Thunder.

Well I think I understand why you are bitter, but lets be honest, the Thunder organization is not the classiest in the business. Travis stayed here over a decade, while I dont want to see him leave, he deserves better IMHO.

The tide sure does change quickly. Good luck Travis and thanks for your time in Wichita.

Good for Travis. Also, ironically, good for Wichita. We were never going to take a step in another direction and w/o Clayton forcing the issue the direction would have probably not changed for the next couple of years.

Clayton will fit in there fine, Blaz and his work ethic might be kind of fun to watch.

looks like lots will be lining up to buy mudbugs gear!! lol

said to ff the last couple of seasons if clayts wants a shot at a championship he would have to cut ties and move on. By doing so he has moved even closer to a championship with an org. that at least has a chance!!

A rejuvanated Clayton playing with Blaz will = big points for the bugs and a high powered first line.
