Litke takes job with Georgia team

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Former University of North Dakota Hockey player and Bismarck Bobcats head coach Dane Litke (LIT'-kee) has taken a job with an East Coast Hockey League team in Georgia.
Litke will be an assistant coach with the Augusta Lynx.
Litke had planned on sharing the coaching duties at Bismarck High School with former NHL player Mike Peluso this season, but he says the Lynx job offer was one he couldn't turn down.
Litke will get the chance to work for another UND alum, John Marks, who took over as head coach of the Lynx in July.
BTW, Augusta HC position was the job that Curtale was a finalist for.
