I think our arena would be cool except I hate a few aspects of the design. I hate that the seating bowl only goes 3/4th around and then one whole side of the arena is nothing but suites. I also think that the glass wall (our version of the icon wall) should have been designed to overlook the downtown skyline instead of the freeway and the slums south of downtown. Other than that I am ready to see them get it done. I am anxious to make a few road trips down to tulsa this year because that looks like one amazing arena.

I was thinking the same about the suite design. I've seen similar down in Laredo, but they were all on the end of the arena. But it's mainly the upper bowl thats affected. They've already started putting up the roof steel. It's starting to look like an arena.

I'd be surprised if it lasts it first year. Just like Wild West World. It's in shitty Park City, and Just like Wild West World, over expectations, and under planned.
