Tiger Woods
I interrupt my normally educational posts to bring you the following "story" regarding golf great Tiger Woods:
Tiger was driving across the deep south in preparation for the 2005 Master's Tournament in Augusta, Georgia. While driving through Alabama, he came across a small private club that he decided he'd like play.
As he pulled his car up to the gate, the security officer said "May I help you.". "Yes" Tiger replied, I'm on my way to Augusta and I'd like to play a round of golf at your club here.
"Well" the security guard replied, "I'm sorry, but we don't allow your kind to play our at our club, but there is a muni track just a 3-iron down the road that I'm sure would love to have you."
"Excuse me" Tiger replied, "But, do you know who I am? I'm Tiger Woods, and I am the #1 rated golfer in the world."
"Oh" replied the Security guard "My mistake. In your case, it's a 7-iron up the road."
