Nothing racist about my idea that if you don't work you shouldn't get a "check" and if you do work and don't make enough money. You should do something to make yourself worth more. (school, work harder than the next guy etc)

The problem with that, is I actually KNOW people on Public Assistance. And believe me, they won't be looking for Jobs even if the Government cut them off entirely. Which may be a good thing because it would just be a waste of Gas.

And you point about Welfare just subsidizing a Low Wage Labor Pool for big business is bullshit, too. If that were true, why aren't they putting them to work instead of paying all the Illegal Immigrants?

the big corporations like the immigrants. they will work for very low wages, they know that can't compain about workign conditions, and since they are used to living in a 3rd world country, they will put up with all that 3rd world bullshit from the employers.
i know you and fred don't mind america becoming a 3rd world country (lots more for you to bitch about), but some of us are opposed to that. we would like to see a country that actually respects and values ALL of its people.
btw-i know more people on public assistance that you will ever know.

I've only known a few people very well that were on wellfare. They were all lazy bums. I've known 2 people on Social Security disability. One is a lazy bum.

The majority are to lazy to work. I knew a woman who had a kid when she was 18 and went on welfare. The proceeded to fatten up to about 400 pounds in the next 18 years. Then convinced social security that she was to fat to work and now gets disability. Never worked one day in her life. Now if you don't think a system that allows that is screwed up, you're even more retarded than I thought.

i know a racist whose attitudes and behavior contribute to a social and economic system that costs me lots of money every month. if we could just get rid of the racists everything else would resolve itself.
